Welcome! I am so happy you are here. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Hawaii, Virginia and California. While I am an Iowa native, my life as a military spouse has given me a wide variety of experiences. I take pride in my professional work, and value connection with others. I provide therapy for couples and individuals. I have two passions! I work with those suffering from OCD using exposure response prevention and I also work with military affiliated couples and individuals. For individuals and couples I find myself utilizing a variety of techniques. My goal is to gain an understanding of you or your relationship and then find common goals to support growth and improvement in areas desired.
